It shall be the duty of the Memorial Committee to Coordinate with the Club Manager to provide support services at the Aerie home for member memorials. 

It shall be the duty of the Interviewing Committee to inquire into the character, qualifications and standing in the community of the applicant for membership, to ascertain her age and occupation, whether she has ever been refused membership or expelled from any Auxiliary or Aerie, to satisfy itself that she is eligible in all ways for membership.

 The Committee Shall visit the sick members at intervals during the continuance of the illness and shall report its visits and the condition of the members visited to the Auxiliary at the next regular meeting.

It shall be the duty of the Meeting Attendance Committee to develop ways of vitalizing, strengthening and improving Auxiliary meetings and meeting programs, with the approval of the Auxiliary membership, and to encourage greater attendance at Auxiliary meetings by the members.

The duties of the Membership Committee are to develop programs to vitalize, strengthen and improve the membership. It shall be the duty of the Membership Security Committee to secure from the Madam Secretary a list of delinquent members and to contact the members whose names appear on such list and to endeavor to secure their active affiliation with the Auxiliary.  The Committee shall report to the Auxiliary and shall render a statement of their activities and the results thereof.

The purpose of the Conciliation Committee is to provide a means for resolving disputes between members of the Auxiliary

It shall be the duty of the Finance Committee to examine all bills of the account and evidence of indebtedness of the Auxiliary, pass upon their validity and correctness, recommend their payment or rejection and, hand them to the Madam Secretary who will present them to the Auxiliary for final action.

It shall be the duty of the Publicity Committee of the Auxiliary to use its initiative to the end that the Auxiliary shall receive ample and favorable publicity in the press of the community and in any other media available to said Committee regarding functions and activities of the Fraternal Order of Eagles

It shall be the duty of the Bylaws/Standing Rules Committe to review the Bylaws and Standing Rules for compliance with Grand Aerie/Auxiliary Rules and Regulations, take suggestions from membership and propose changes to the Auxiliary.

It shall be the duty of the committee to plan breakfast and raffles and to ensure protocol for District 7 Meeting..
